Our Company

Our company, Infrastructure Rehabilitation USA is based in Shreveport, LA and we install The CIP Liner into sanitary sewer systems all over the United States. Our product is your permanent, sustainable solution for cities' and municipalities' manhole and lift station H2S (sewer gas) and Infiltration and Inflow (I & I) issues.

  • #1 Strongest, permanent sustainable solution on the market available today.
  • No other alternative compares or comes close to our product.
  • We work across the entire USA and we can work at night during off-peak hours.

EPA studies have shown that at least 50-60% of all water that is treated at the treatment plants is coming through leaks by I & I. EPA studies have also proven that if you only fix the lateral lines, you only reduce your I & I issues by 15-20%.

Save On Treatment Costs

A large amount of rainwater finds its way into large manhole and lift stations structures that leak.

By fixing your manholes and lift stations you can eliminate 70-80% of your I & I leakage with only 15-20% of your rehabilitation budget and you will reduce treatment costs significantly.

The studies also show that a 1/2 inch hole in a manhole costs on average between $15,000 to $20,000 in extra treatment costs per year.

Installing The CIP Liner in these structures pays for itself within 12-18 months by permanently eliminating all I & I issues and future deterioration caused by H2S gas. This added value does not exist anywhere else in the marketplace.

Save On Expense

By fixing all of the leaks in manholes and lift stations, you will reduce your costs tremendously.

The Reputable CIP Liner

There is no other solution like the CIP Liner and it is backed by a 20 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Cured In Place Liner

The CIP Liner is a cured-in-place manhole (CIPM) product.

More On The CIP Liner

Our CIPM (cured-in-place manhole) liner is constructed with 2 layers of structural fiberglass with an impermeable inner membrane sandwiched between them, coated with epoxy resin inside and outside the liner.

The inner membrane is what allows the CIP Liners to be impervious to H2S sewer gas in the wastewater systems.

There is no other product on the market that offers this protection, which is backed by a 20-year, non-prorated manufacturer’s warranty (and more than 20 years of proven performance). We effectively own the structure for 20 years.

Nothing Can Compare

With more than 20 years of proven performance, no other product can offer this type of protection.

No More Dig & Replace

Our product provides the best value, especially compared to a dig and replace option, which can be 5-10x more expensive.

The #1 Best Value

Our sustainable solution provides the best value, especially compared to a dig and replace option which can be up to 5 to 10 times more expensive with considerable disruption and downtime.

CIP Liners provide the lowest cost per year over the expected life of the lined structure. Our installation process is normally 3-4 hours with minimal traffic disruption, no footprint, and rarely requires by-pass pumping.

We can install at night or after heavy traffic flow or heavy use hours. We are a great fit where there is heavy I & I, high H2S gas issues, or near treatment plants and lift stations. After failed spray-on coating attempts, we will solve your problems permanently.

We can help you avoid costly structural collapses, which are occurring more frequently as all sewer systems are aging, or past their life expectancy. We also can panel large structures such as lift stations, clarifiers, and wet wells with ambient curing.
