STOP THROWING MONEY DOWN YOUR MANHOLE

More temporary solutions are being used daily in manholes to solve I&I issues. These solutions are less expensive, have a quick application time and promise to solve the issues for good, but do they really? Ask yourself this, over the past five years how many times have you returned to the same manhole to fix issues that were “taken care of” in the past? Municipalities, engineers and public works directors are discovering that these more temporary solutions last 3 years, 5 years or slightly more, depending on H2S gas levels. These solutions are not solving the problem, and GC’s and engineers are having to return to the same manholes year after year to “fix” problems that were supposed to be solved. That is, quite literally, throwing money down the hole. Allocating money is hard enough these days, one should not have to keep funding the same project. Often times, the lowest price results in the highest cost in the end.

Fortunately, we have the answer that is the most cost effective, permanent and sustainable solution… Triplex Liners. Our lining system comes in multiple series with varied layers of thickness and weight for your structural needs. Each liner offers a customized fit specific to your structure, because we know that not all manholes are the same.

Triplex Liners are designed for sustainable, structural repair and protection of wastewater and storm water collection systems. They are specifically designed for use in sewer manholes,
catch basins, sewage pump stations, wet wells, junction boxes,
storm water culverts and pipes, with:

- Permanent structural rehabilitation;
- Elimination of inflow, in-filtration and ex-filtration;
- Stopping corrosion from H2S sewer gases and chemicals;
- Lifetime protection for new structures

Triplex Liner-11600 Series - Multiple structural fiberglass layers with a non-porous membrane bonded between the layers of fiberglass, with a total fabric weight of 116 oz. per square yard, saturated with 100% solids epoxy, cured-in-place, and bonded to the existing structure. This liner is designed to meet or exceed D.O.T. load requirements for culverts under roads and for manholes where extreme deterioration has left the structure unsound.

Triplex Liner–6800 Series - Multiple structural fiberglass layers with a non-porous membrane bonded between the layers of fiberglass, with a total fabric weight of 68 oz. per square yard, saturated with 100% solids epoxy, cured-in-place, and bonded to the existing structure. This liner is the strongest liner used for structural rehabilitation in typical manholes with significant corrosion and/or infiltration.

Triplex Liner-5600 Series - Multiple structural fiberglass layers with a non-porous membrane bonded between the layers of fiberglass, with a total fabric weight of 56 oz. per square yard, saturated with 100% solids epoxy, cured-in-place, and bonded to the existing structure. This liner is used for structural rehabilitation in manholes with moderately deteriorated conditions.

Triplex Liner-4400 Series - Multiple structural fiberglass layers with a non-porous membrane bonded between the layers of fiberglass, with a total fabric weight of 44 oz. per square yard, saturated with 100% solids epoxy, cured-in-place, and bonded to the existing structure. This liner is superior to spray-applied or plastered-on products and is used in manholes for typical rehabilitation projects, preventive maintenance and lining new, smaller structures.

Our experts will analyze each structure and make recommendations on the series type based on depth, diameter and the extent of deterioration.
